Ranger Base: For Pokemon Gaming
Everything we know about Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version
- During battle, Pokémon move and the camera angle may change
- The starters are a Grass Snake, a Pig, and a Sea Otter. English names not confirmed
- Zorua and Zoroark (Japanese names) are event Pokémon in the games. They are Dark type
- You can batlle and capture Zoroark by getting the Shiny Legendary Dog dowload and then transferring them from HG/SS to B/W
- You can ride a vehicle never before seen in a Pokémon game
- There will be cars on the street
- People in the game will be rushing to get to places, and if the bump into you, they will say "excuse me" etc.
5th Gen Battle Sequence!
Amazing news on the battle sequence front. For a start, they will be a lot faster, which is a great improvement as, like many of you have done, I have disabled the battle sequence on Pearl and Platinum. I am forcing myself to live with SoulSilver. Also, the camera will change angles. When performing an attack, or recieving an attack, you may see your Pokémon in full view, not just the back! This is sure to make battles look brilliant, and give us a sort of Battle Revolution type feeeling. Best of all, is the fact that the character actually moves. Your Pokémon, and the opponents, will move as if breathing etc. This makes a change to having a cool animation as the battle begins, but then keeping your Pokémon static throughout the battle. It has been saidthat how your Pokémon move will be changed by their circumstances, for example if you were poisoned, your Pokémon may appear to be in pain. We still think that you click "Attack" then whatever move though (hopefully). Here is a video.

- The game is set in the new region of Oblivia (Japanese name may change)
- It is unknown whether there are others, but one of your partners is a Pichu with a Ukelele!
- Proffesor Hastings and Murph will return, alongf with a Ranger Union type building.
- There are a squad of Pokémon Nappers again
- There will be a flying mission(s), where it looks like the Pokémon Nappers will be firing things at you, and you will have to fly around them
- Underwater quests will also return
- There will be a multiplayer feature, where you can meet up with your friends
- There will be a Deoxys mission download called Deoxys and the Mysterious Temple
- Deoxys will change form whilst you try to capture it. Which ever form you catch it in, is the form you transfer it in. Finally Deoxys can be mine!
- It is rumoured that each form knows a move that Deoxys should not know when transfered!
- There is footage of a charactrer next to a chasm too wide to jump. He loads up a notepad sort of thing and draws a symbol. The legendary dog, Rakou's face appears on screen and then... a Rakou suddenly appears, letting your character sit on it, then it leaps across the chasm. This means we will be able to summon the legendary dogs when we need help! Entei can smash giant boulders and Suicune gets you across rivers!
